Fellowship Events Team Member

Title: Fellowship Events Team Member          

Purpose:
To co ordinate and facilitate food service for events at St. Luke’s UMC

Responsible to: Director of Servant Ministry

Description of Duties:

Time Requirement: 1-2 hours planning and 6-8 hours on the day of the event. Larger teams can work this in shifts.

Term: 3 years (if you’d like to stay on, that’s allowed!)

Training and Resources: Documentation of previous events, training “on the job” at events.

Skills and gifts: Administration, Hospitality, Service

Team members work together, so it’s helpful to be a team player. Some roles can be physically demanding. Many different people work well on this team, and special skills can involve bookkeeping, shopping, cooking, serving and clean-up.
